Molly officially founded Arise Baking Co. in April 2022, but she has been dreaming about this venture for many years. She has a decade of non-profit experience in Denver, primarily with youth. Molly is passionate about bringing people together in a way that creates community, builds bridges and empowers those who haven’t had the opportunity to thrive.

Outside of work, Molly loves spending time with her husband and daughter soaking up all that Colorado has to offer, especially the sunshine, mountains and vibrancy of the city.

Nicole joined the Arise Baking Co. team in the spring of 2023 and brings nearly a decade of experience in the non-profit sector. Nicole has driven the communication and development efforts for several organizations. She is a bridge builder, connector, and advocate. Nicole is excited to help creatively share the story of Arise Baking Co.

She can also be found on mountain adventures with her husband and dog throughout every season of the year.

Leanne is a proud mom and recent high school graduate, having earned her degree last fall—a milestone that showcases her determination and hard work. She brings her creative energy to everything she does, from crafting beautiful art to designing thoughtful gift baskets. Since joining the bakery in January, Leanne has been excited to learn skills and add a little artistic magic to the menu. Independent, kind, and always bringing the good vibes, she is all about making a positive impact wherever she goes. When she's not at the bakery, Leanne enjoys spending time with family and friends, spreading joy wherever she is.

Candi joined the bakery team in January and she has jumped right in with an eye for detail and a natural knack for tackling any challenge that comes her way. She’s always eager to learn new skills—macaroons are next on the list! Outside of work, Candi channels her artistry into pottery, wood burning, drawing, photography, and videography—because to her, beauty is everywhere, and she’s always ready to capture it. As a caring mom, Candi has always believed in showing up fully for herself and her son each day. She embraces every new adventure with strength, confidence, and fun.
